Y O G A

In vinyasa flow,

we set an intention,

open our hearts

and are guided through a

thoughtful, dynamic sequence that

stretches,

tones

our bodies

releasing chemical toxins

and frenetic energy

while clearing negative thoughts

through steady breath,

music,

perhaps some chanting

or

inspirational readings. 

 

We finish up our class with a

mind-body-soul

satisfying savasana

that both

grounds us and

prepares us

for living our best selves.

 

Yoga is not about touching your toes or standing on your head or folding yourself into a lotus pretzel. It's about how you do what you do and how you live your daily life on a moment-to-moment basis. -E. Schiffmann
